Although the basic principle of the Fair Housing Act remains the same, the guidance and interpretations of the Act are always evolving.  It is important for individuals that work in property management to stay current on the most recent fair housing issues so they know the best way to handle situations with residents, and prospective residents, to protect themselves and their company.  The consequences for not understanding fair housing can be costly.

This essential training will help maintenance teams:

  • Understand and comply with fair housing regulations
  • Learn best practices for resident interactions
  • Handle reasonable accommodation requests correctly
  • Prevent discrimination and avoid costly legal issues
  • Apply real-world scenarios for practical problem-solving
  • Foster an inclusive and legally compliant housing environment

Equip your team with the skills to ensure fair, professional, and compliant service—reserve your spot today!

This training qualifies for 2 NAA Continuing Education Credits (CECs).
