About Us
The Tulsa Apartment Association (TAA) was established in 1976 and represents the rental housing industry in eastern Oklahoma. Over the years our membership has grown and today we have over 700 members and represent over 63,000 rental homes.
We provide quality education that promotes professional property management, participate in advocacy to ensure the voice of the rental housing industry is heard, and create networking opportunities for industry peers to meet and learn from one another.
The Tulsa Apartment Association is an affiliate of the National Apartment Association.
On June 7, 2023 the National Apartment Association Board of Directors approved the division of territory for the state of Oklahoma between the Tulsa Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of Central Oklahoma.
The Tulsa Apartment Association territory includes ALL of eastern Oklahoma which includes the following counties: Adair, Atoka, Bryan, Cherokee, Choctaw, Coal, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Haskell, Hughes, Johnston, Kay, Latimer, Le Flore, Lincoln (partial), MacIntosh, Marshall, Mayes, McCurtain, Muskogee, Noble, Nowata, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Payne, Pittsburg, Pontotoc, Pushmataha, Rogers, Seminole, Sequoyah, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington

There are two types of members of TAA - Owner/Management Company and Supplier.
- An owner/management company member owns and/or manages rental housing.
- A supplier member is a vendor that provides products and/or services to the rental housing industry.
All members agree to abide by the Tulsa Apartment Association bylaws and code of ethics.
