Welcome to the Tulsa Apartment Association (TAA) Member Budget and Planning Guide! This is designed to be a quick reference to assist you with planning your investment in TAA programs and events in 2025. Please note, we will be updating this page as the TAA calendar and offerings evolve for 2025, so pricing and scheduled dates are subject to change. Be sure to check the TAA Calendar of Events for the most current information.
2025 ANNUAL DUES
Renewal Dues invoices will be sent out in December with a due date for February 1, 2025.
Note: NAA Click & Lease users are required to maintain membership in good standing in order to access the lease.
Owner/Management Company: $175 Flat Fee +
1-1,000 Units: $2.50 Per Unit
1,000+ Units: $2.00 Per Unit
In calculating annual dues, owner/management members must include the total number of units/rental homes in the TAA territory that they owner and/or manage.
For example, if you have 500 units, your dues would be: 500 x $2.50 = $1,250 + $175 flat fee = $1,425
Supplier Members: $375
OPTIONAL: $50 Advance the Industry Fund. Contributing to this fund helps support our industry efforts at the local, state, and national level. Through our government affairs efforts, we have saved our members millions of dollars, and the Advance the Industry fund will help continue to fight onerous legislation. Prorated Membership Dues
If your community or company joined after January 1st, your dues invoice for following year will be prorated based on the number of days remaining in the period of your membership. Since a full year's worth of dues were paid when joining, you will receive a prorated dues invoice in December for the following year.
For example, if you joined on March 31, 2024, your 2025 dues will be priced based on April 1 - December 31.
Education
Seminars:
We host maintenance specific seminars such as introduction to apartment maintenance, HVAC maintenance and repair, appliance repair, pool maintenance, as well as other important topics that may come up throughout the year. Registration can range between $55 - $125 depending on the speaker and the date you register to attend. Be sure to check the TAA Calendar of Events for the most current information.
Seminars will have sponsorship opportunities available. Sponsorships can range between $150 - $500 and limited spots are available. Refer to the event website for the most current information.
Luncheon Meetings:
We also host monthly luncheon meetings with topics relevant to the rental housing industry. Supplier Member have the opportunity to have one Supplier Spotlight and one Supplier Table at a TAA Luncheon Meeting each calendar year. There is no cost for these Supplier Member Spotlight and Table benefits, however you must register and pay the registration fee for the Luncheon Meeting, and agree to abide by our cancellation policy. Supplier Tables and Supplier Spotlights are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so please make sure you sign up early to take advantage of this opportunity.

SNL (Supplier Networking Lunch):
We host monthly Supplier Networking Lunches that are open to any Supplier member of the Tulsa Apartment Association. There is no charge to attend, you simple are responsible for your own lunch bill.
Join us as we discuss TAA's upcoming events and exchange information about property staff and owner/manager changes. Not only will you learn valuable information about how to get involved with upcoming association events and stay informed of staff changes, but you will also have an opportunity to network with fellow TAA Supplier Members.

NAAEI Credential Programs:
As an affiliate of the National Apartment Association (NAA), the Tulsa Apartment Association (TAA) hosts courses for industry professionals to earn their credentials. TAA hosts these in-person credential courses once a year in Tulsa. Click here to learn how NAAEI credentials can benefit your company.
CERTIFIED APARTMENT MANAGER (CAM) │February 17, 20-21, and 24-27
Earn your CAM certification and increase your community's Net Operating Income. NAAEI developed the Certified Apartment Manager program to assist apartment industry professionals in advancing their apartment management career. CAM curriculum has been enhanced with Franklin Covey video based courses. Earning your CAM allows you to demonstrate that you have the knowledge and ability to manage an apartment community and achieve owners' investment goals.
CERTIFIED APARTMENT LEASING PROFESSIONAL (CALP) │February 11-14
The National Apartment Association Education Institute has renamed the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) credential to the Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) credential. It's the same great training and credential program, but now has a new name that is consistent with other NAAEI credential programs and includes updates to the curriculum to ensure it is staying up-to-date with current industry trends in leasing.
CERTIFICATE FOR APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS (CAMT) │
Maintenance expenses are the single largest controllable element in any operating budget. This course acts as an introduction for new maintenance professionals or as a refresher for the veteran employee, teaching what it takes to run a cost-effective maintenance program. Earning your Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technicians validates your knowledge, enhances your reputation and credibility, boosts your confidence and earns you respect. The CAMT program is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), a private non-profit organization that administers and coordinates the U.S. voluntary standardization and conformity assessment system.
CERTIFIED APARTMENT PORTFOLIO SUPERVISOR (CAPS) │
Earn your Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor designation to enhance your leadership skills, better interpret property results and track progress toward property or portfolio objectives. Whether you are a new or experienced portfolio supervisor, enhance your knowledge and on-the-job performance. Enrolling in CAPS takes you to the next level in property management. It fast-tracks your career advancement and your corresponding earning potential.

February 27th │ Mardi Gras Bowl
Sponsorships range between $250 - $1,200.
Bowling teams are $400 per team: includes 2 hours of bowling, shoe rental, dinner, and 6 bowlers
Spectator tickets: Entertainment ticket $45 (includes dinner, two attractions and $5 for arcade games) or Dinner ticket $30
Supplier members must be a sponsor to attend
April 23rd │ Trade Show
Registration will open February 27th
Sponsorships range between $600 - $2,000
Booths range between $450 - $550 per booth
You may have up to 4 company representatives in your booth. Additional representatives can be in your booth by purchasing additional exhibitor passes for $50 per person.
Supplier members must be exhibiting to attend
Registration for residential property management professionals is FREE
June 16th │ Golf Classic
Registration will open May 1st
Sponsorships range between $200 - $1,400
Golfer registration ranges $155 - $185 per golfer and includes green and cart fees, lunch, 2 drink tickets, and a goodie bag.

Registration as a team, spectator, or sponsor is required for attendance at this event
