The Tulsa Apartment Association Zenith Awards were created to recognize outstanding members for their professionalism, hard work, and contributions to the apartment industry. Award winners represent the best of the best in the eastern Oklahoma area rental housing industry.
The Zenith Awards event is an in-person gala-style event that celebrates all the nominees and where we announce the winner for each Zenith Award. The cocktail reception begins at 6pm, dinner at 7pm, and the awards presentation begins at 7:45pm. Following the awards presentation, we host an after-party at the same location.
With over 1,000 typically in attendance, the Zenith Awards is the perfect opportunity to shine the spotlight on your company. The support of our sponsors allows us to continue to host a memorable and fun experience for TAA members, and ultimately supports the Tulsa Apartment Association and the rental housing industry.

There are over 30 different awards to submit nominations for the Zenith Awards. Each award has different requirements and judging criteria. Nominations must be submitted using the official Zenith Awards nomination form, and the deadline for submitting nominations is August 27, 2024.
