Zenith Awards Nominations

There are over 30 different awards to submit nominations for the 2022 Zenith Awards. Each award has different requirements and judging criteria. Click here to view the 2022 Zenith Awards Guidelines, which includes the guidelines for submitting a nomination and information on the judging process.

NOMINATIONS FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AWARDS WERE DUE AUGUST 12, 2022.

To submit a nomination for the 2022 Zenith Awards please click on the button below that is associated with the award you would like to submit a nomination for. Important: Make sure you save the nomination form to your computer before filling it out, otherwise you may not be able to submit the pdf nomination form. Once you download the nomination form you can use it for any subsequent nominations that you need to make for that award group.  You can save the pdf forms to your computer, which means you can save your work and come back to the nomination if you get interrupted. There are also buttons at the bottom of the pdf form that allow you to clear part or all of the form, allowing you to easily begin a new nomination without having to close the pdf file. Just make sure you save the new nomination form you create with a new file name, or it will save over your old nomination form.

STEPS FOR COMPLETING A NOMINATION FORM

STEP 1: Choose the correction nomination form for the nomination you are wanting to submit, and download and save the form to your computer. See the details under each nomination button below to see what awards the nomination form can be used for.  
​All nominations must be submitted using the provided pdf forms.

STEP 2: Complete the entire nomination form and then save to your computer.  

STEP 3: Click the "Click here to Submit Form" box and it will automatically email the form to nkrouse@taaonline.org using your email service (please note: your computer must be setup to automatically use your email service for this). If that does not work, you can always email the nomination forms as attachments in an email directly to nkrouse@taaonline.org. For those of you submitting multiple nominations this may be the easiest method for you.

STEP 4: If you are going to submit another nomination using the same form, you can click on the "Click Here to Clear Nominee Info" box and it will only clear the nominee's information on the form and leave your information on the form.  This should be a time saver for those of you submitting multiple nominations. If you choose to do this, just make sure you are saving each completed nomination form as a new filename on your computer. You also have the option of clearing the information on the entire inform by clicking on the "Click Here to Clear Form" box.

STEP 5: You will receive a confirmation email to let you know we received your nomination(s). If you don't receive a confirmation email from us telling you we received your nomination, your nomination form did not come through to us.  Please try submitting/sending the nomination form(s) again.

All nominations must be submitted using the provided pdf nomination forms below.  The deadline to submit nominations is August 12, 2022.* 

*Nominations for Supplier awards are due by August 25, 2022.

Supplier Awards Nominations are FREE.
The deadline to submit a nomination for a Supplier Award is August 25th.

Supplier Nomination Forms should be used for the following award nominations:

• Supplier Company
• Supplier Sales Professional of the Year
• Supplier Support Professional of the Year
• Rookie Supplier Individual

Nominee Videos

Zenith Awards nominees will be required to submit a video that will be judged by a group of unbiased industry professionals from across the country. ​Nominee videos are due by September 23, 2022. Click here to view the video guidelines.
