NOMINEE VIDEOS

As part of your nomination you must submit a video to be used in the judging process to determine who will be the winner of the Zenith Awards. View the Video Guidelines to view instructions and tips for creating your video.

VIEW THIS VIDEO TO LEARN HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR VIDEO

Most nominees create their own video so they can edit and customize the video just the way they want it. That is the preferred way for a nominee to submit their video, however if a nominee for an individual award is overwhelmed by the idea of creating a video, they can schedule a time to come into the TAA office and have an interview recorded to be used for their video submission. The interview will be recorded in one take, and there will not be any video editing services, however this is a great option for a nominee who is feeling overwhelmed by the fact that they will have to create and submit a video for their nomination.

Please note: There are limited times slots available to have your nominee interview recorded, so we recommend that you schedule this as soon as you know that you would like to use this option. Your nominee interview video must be scheduled before September 22, 2023.

If there are no dates available that work for you, please contact the TAA office to let us know and we will be happy to setup an interview time for you if we have the availability to do so.

NOMINEE PICTURES

For individuals that have been nominated for a Zenith Award, we will take a headshot picture of you that will be used for your nominee recognition. Pictures will be taken at the Tulsa Apartment Association office (6855 South Canton Avenue, Tulsa).

DISCOUNTED HOTEL ROOMS

We have secured a block of hotel rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Downtown Tulsa. This hotel is across the street from the Cox Business Convention Center and has a covered sky bridge connecting the hotel to the Cox Business Convention Center. The discounted room rate is $169/night and includes parking. There are a limited number of hotel rooms available at this discounted rate, so we recommend you reserve your room early. The deadline to book your room is October 17th.
