Register by December 15: $900 per member / $1,100 per non-member
Register December 16-31: $975 per member / $1,175 per non-member
Register January 1-5: $1,075 per member / $1,275 per non-member
Cancellation Policy for CAM Course Registration: Full refunds will be given for cancellations made up until December 15th. Cancellations made December 16th-31st will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after December 31st, and no-shows, will be required to pay in full. Substitutions may be made for no additional fee.
Cancellation Policy for Sponsorships: No cancellations will be accepted once your registration has been submitted.
