By participating in this event I agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking participation in Tulsa Apartment Association (TAA) events and activities as my own free and intentional act and am fully aware that possible physical injury or illness might occur to me as a result of my participation in these events. I give this acknowledgment freely and knowingly and that I am, as result, able to participate in TAA events and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own well-being. I agree to hold TAA harmless in the event that I incur any physical or mental injury, including illness, that might be attributed to my participation in the event.

Maintenance Hero Ticket- Select this option when you register someone who is part of the Service Team at an apartment community or management company. This includes lead and assistant service technicians, porters/groundkeepers, housekeepers, and make ready/painter technicians. The Maintenance Hero ticket includes bonus appreciation items in addition to dinner, including two drink tickets, a Maintenance Hero t-shirt, a goodie bag, a ticket to win door prizes, and an opportunity to compete in the games (including the race car competition).

Ticket- Select this option when registering anyone who is attending to show their appreciation for the Service Technicians. This ticket includes dinner.

Ticket prices are the same for both ticket options.

               Register by September 26: $30 per person
Register September 27 - October 9: $40 per person
                   Register on October 10: $50 per person

Supplier Members must be a sponsor to attend this event.

Maintenance Heroes don't have to compete in games to be a winner, but they have a chance to win more if they do compete. Maintenance Heroes will receive a raffle ticket at check-in for a chance to win a door prize. For those who like to compete, there will be 3 competitions: Toilet Guts Guru, Key Master, and a Race Car Competition!

Maintenance Heroes is an event that consists of maintenance-themed games based on common maintenance activities and a race car competition. Competitors build their race cars prior to the event, aiming to have the fastest and most creative car built out of maintenance supplies. 
Note: Competitors are not required to build race cars to participate in the games, however, they will not be able to compete in the race car competition if they haven’t built a race car and will not qualify for the overall winner prizes.

In addition to the goodies your Maintenance Hero will receive at the event, show appreciation for your Maintenance Hero by submitting their picture and telling us why they are your hero! These entries will be displayed on a projection screen during the 
Maintenance Heroes event.
