Maintenance Heroes : Service Technician Appreciation Event

The Tulsa Apartment Association (TAA) Maintenance Heroes were created to recognize Service Teams in the rental housing industry. This includes lead and assistant service technicians, porters/groundkeepers, housekeepers, and make ready/painter technicians.
The event consists of maintenance themed games, dinner, drinks, live music and prizes.
If you are a Maintenance Hero and don't want to compete in the games, that is perfect too! All Maintenance Heroes will receive two drink tickets, Maintenance Hero t-shirt, a goodie bag, and ticket to win door prizes!

Supplier Members can support and attend this event as a sponsor. Management companies are welcome to sponsor this event as well. We offer a variety of sponsorship opportunities at different price points so there should be an option to fit your budget and needs!
Payment for these items is not due at registration but will be due by October 3, 2024.
The Glenpool Conference Center is located right off Highway 75

By participating in this event I agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking participation in Tulsa Apartment Association (TAA) events and activities as my own free and intentional act and am fully aware that possible physical injury or illness might occur to me as a result of my participation in these events. I give this acknowledgment freely and knowingly and that I am, as result, able to participate in TAA events and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own well-being. I agree to hold TAA harmless in the event that I incur any physical or mental injury, including illness, that might be attributed to my participation in the event.
Maintenance Hero Ticket- Select this option when you register someone who is part of the Service Team at an apartment community or management company. This includes lead and assistant service technicians, porters/groundkeepers, housekeepers, and make ready/painter technicians. The Maintenance Hero ticket includes bonus appreciation items in addition to dinner, including two drink tickets, a Maintenance Hero t-shirt, a goodie bag, a ticket to win door prizes, and an opportunity to compete in the games (including the race car competition).
Ticket- Select this option when registering anyone who is attending to show their appreciation for the Service Technicians.
Register by September 30: $30 per person
Register October 1-9: $40 per person
Register on October 10: $50 per person
All registrations include dinner. Supplier Members must be a sponsor to attend this event.
In addition to the goodies your Maintenance Hero will receive at the event, show appreciation for your Maintenance Hero by submitting their picture and telling us why they are your hero! These entries will be displayed on a projection screen during the
Maintenance Heroes event.
