Next Level Training: Budgeting Skills

Next Level Training is a series of educational sessions offered by the Tulsa Apartment Association designed to teach the skills necessary to take your career to the next level.

Get prepped for budget season! Learn how your daily decisions impact the bottom line and gain the confidence to have an in-depth conversation about the financial performance of your community with an owner or supervisor.  Speaking the language of financials and budgets can be intimidating, but it doesn't have to be. During this training, you will gain a better understanding of your income statement (also known as a profit and loss statement), review common property management calculations, and learn the basics of budgeting.

This session is for residential property management professionals with beginner to intermediate knowledge of budgets. 

Registrations may be canceled until September 5 for no charge.  Registrations canceled after September 5th will be required to pay for the full registration.  You can send someone in the place of the person registered for no additional charge. Email registration changes to Nicole Krouse.
