When you think about it, the things we value and remember are not things…they are experiences. Learning to craft and deliver experiences and messaging in a way in which the outcome is, “That was easy!” and/or “That was awesome!” will result in higher satisfaction levels and an increase in value perception.
Understanding the resident from their point of view is inherent to successful retention efforts. What does it feel like for the residents living in our communities as they go about their day-to-day business? What keeps them up at night? How are we reinforcing a positive answer to the question on every resident’s mind – “Is it still worth it?”
Learn how to demonstrate authenticity in a manner that is real and simplistic through messaging that works, and better understand what doesn’t. Discover opportunities to educate, communicate, and drive consistently high satisfaction.

Reservations may be canceled up until September 10th at no charge. If reservations are canceled after September 10th you will be responsible for paying for the reservation in full. You can send someone in the place of the person registered for no additional charge.
